Users can initiate complete account termination and data erasure directly through the client interface or via formal email dispatch.

In the app

1. Launch the MrPet application.
2. Navigate to the Profile section.
3. Open Account or Legal settings.
4. Select Delete Account and execute the confirmation protocols.

By email

Dispatch a formal erasure request to mrpet-support@stancodes.com from the verified email address linked to your active profile.

What is deleted

Data purging encompasses credentials, pet profiles, medical records, files, and all user telemetry stored across ecosystem features. Specific data streams may be retained solely where legally mandated for security audits, fraud prevention, or financial accounting.
