This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and storage of data protocols within the MrPet ecosystem.
Information you provide
We process user-submitted data, including account credentials, pet profiles, media uploads (photos and PDFs), structured notes, reminders, and AI queries.
How information is used
Data is processed exclusively to execute core features, facilitate cloud synchronization, process AI inquiries, manage active subscriptions, optimize system telemetry, and resolve support requests.
Third-party services
Infrastructure utilizes secure sub-processors: Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions), Apple Systems (Subscription Management), and OpenAI API (secure endpoint processing for AI inquiries).
AI features
Data payloads submitted to AI engines are processed solely to return structured insights. All AI-generated outputs are strictly algorithmic, informational, and do not constitute licensed veterinary diagnostics.
Data deletion
Users retain the absolute right to erasure. Account deletion can be initiated directly within the application client or by dispatching a formal request to our support desk from the verified account email.
