By accessing or using the MrPet application, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Use and certify that your use complies fully with all applicable local and international laws.
Informational purpose
MrPet is strictly a software utility, not a veterinary clinic, medical device, or emergency service. All AI-generated outputs, explanations, and app content are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. They do not constitute, nor replace, professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice.
Your data and uploads
You retain sole legal responsibility and liability for all data payloads, photos, documents, and notes uploaded to the application. Uploading copyrighted, unauthorized, or illicit content is strictly prohibited.
Subscriptions and purchases
All financial transactions, premium feature unlocks, and active subscriptions are processed exclusively via the Apple App Store infrastructure. Subscription management, renewals, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed strictly by Apple’s global ecosystem policies.
Account deletion
Account termination can be executed directly within the client interface or via a formal request to our support desk. Stancodes reserves the right to retain specific data archives where legally mandated for security telemetry, fraud prevention, or accounting audits.
