These terms apply when you download or use MrPet. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.
What MrPet provides
MrPet helps you organize pet profiles, daily check-ins, care entries, reminders, and medical documents. Some features use AI to explain information or help you describe a concern. Features may change as the app is improved.
Veterinary and AI limitations
MrPet is not a veterinary clinic, veterinarian, medical device, or emergency service. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It does not diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment, or replace an examination by a licensed veterinarian. Do not start, stop, or change medication or dosage based only on MrPet. If an animal may be in danger, contact a veterinarian or local emergency clinic immediately.
Your account and uploads
Keep your sign-in method secure and provide accurate information where accuracy matters. Upload only content you have the right to use. Do not upload illegal content, malware, instructions intended to manipulate the AI system, or another person’s sensitive information without a lawful reason and permission.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans are sold through Apple’s App Store. The app shows the current price, billing period, included features, and any trial before you confirm a purchase. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged through your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. A recurring subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting MrPet or your MrPet account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s policies.
Availability and fair use
Cloud and AI features require internet access and may be temporarily unavailable. Plans include limits for pets, records, reminders, or AI credits. Do not attempt to bypass limits, probe other users’ data, overload the service, reverse engineer protected server systems, or use MrPet for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from the Profile tab. Account deletion is permanent and removes the MrPet cloud data described in the Privacy Policy. It does not remove purchase records controlled by Apple or cancel an active subscription.
Service disclaimer
MrPet is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted operation and error-free results cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stancodes is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output, loss caused by inaccurate information entered by a user, or outages outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
